Jovon Times

Jovon is not only a trainer with the gym, but he is also the owner. Times has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, and received his MSS (Masters of Sports Science) degree. He is also a physical education instructor at both CPCC and JCSU.

Emily Taylor

With a B.S. in Exercise Science and NASM certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, Emily is here to help you crush your fitness goals with sustainable, fun habits. She combines personalized training with nutrition guidance to create lasting results that improve physical, and mental health. Whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, or just feel better, Emily will have your back every step of the way!

Joseph Edwards

A former college football player who earned a starting spot as a freshman, I bring a competitive edge and results-driven approach to every session. With over two years of coaching experience, including time as a Varsity Football Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach, my background in Exercise Science helps me create training programs that are both science-based and tailored to each client’s needs.

I specialize in sports performance, Olympic weightlifting, and general fitness, helping athletes and everyday clients move better, get stronger, and achieve lasting results. Whether your goal is to excel on the field, master the barbell, or improve overall health, I’ll help you train with purpose and perform at your best
